First on CNN: Hillary Clinton takes road trip to Iowa

(CNN)Iowa or bust. 

Hillary Clinton is kicking off her second bid for the White House with a road trip, riding from New York to her first campaign stop on Tuesday in Iowa. She was spotted on Sunday evening chatting with people at a gas station in Pennsylvania. 

Chris Learn, a 19-year-old student at Penn State Altoona, told CNN that he ran into Clinton at a Pilot gas station. He said she greeted him and asked him questions. He also said she was traveling with a group of people in a small caravan.
"I knew it was her immediately," Learn said. "I just saw her and I was like, there's no way that's her!"
He added: "She didn't really say why she was there, but I was guessing it was for presidential stuff." 

Clinton is riding in a van, which she has nicknamed "Scooby," an aide said, because it reminds her of the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine from the classic television cartoon. Asked whether she was behind the wheel, an aide said Clinton is riding and the Secret Service is driving.​~snip~

Examples of the difference between a news organization that simply reports the news as opposed to one that tries to shape it couldn't be more stark than these 2 breaking news alerts.

One simply states the fact while the other colors it between black and white.

People need to get a clue to the fact that they are being manipulated by the same media commie/leftists who cheer leaded for the occupy movement and failed.
They would like nothing better than to destabilize Washington,DC with violence and unrest in order to force the spineless politicians to fundamentally change things into their warped vision of what this country should be.

Sarah Palin,still rent free after all these years

It never fails, if you want to send liberal/progressives into fits of slobbering incoherent rage all you got to do is mention Sarah Palin.
All the buzz words come out, irrelevant, quitter, dumb, caribou Barbie and lots and lots of 4 letter words interspersed with drool and slobbering down their chins.

For someone so irrelevant and out of touch she sure causes a lot of left wing angst.

So it's no surprise that when she starts a news site the knives come out long and sharp.

Sarah Palin is returning to her roots in low-budget television—but this time, she's  on the web, the focus is American politics, and she owns the network. The Sarah Palin Channel launched Sunday, asking prospective viewers for $9.95 per month–96 cents more than Netflix–or $99.95 a year. (No word on whether subscribers get money back if Palin decides to stick with the project for only half of that term.) The cost is the same as GBTV, the web-TV channel run by Glenn Beck, a role model for wealthy media figures who hope to monetize the cult of personality they've built up by expertly playing to the cultural affinities and anxieties of Red America.~snip~

I think what really pisses them off is that they'll have to fork over the monthly $9.95 fee to see what "Sarah says" and what "Sarah wears" so they breathlessly report it to the rabid left wing base. Gotta keep the vitriol level up.
Lets face it, the free model out there for news hasn't worked out very well for America seeing as how all major news outlets have been infested with progressive/commies so maybe a lot of folks will be willing to pay for the opportunity to get their news with out the pinko tinge that emanates from left wing news rooms. They can't have that because they won't be able to control the narrative.

I haven't decided if I'll pony up the $9.95 a month yet but I'm sure they won't miss it, there are plenty of people out there who will. How successful it is will send a message to the left wing megaliths that think they can control what news people want to see or hear and that is what truly scares them and sends them in paroxysms of rage.

OK, I'm Officially Torn

Here's one of those things where you're not sure whose side you should be on, the left wing nutjob or the conspiracy troofer nutjob.

Alex Jones responded to Rachel Maddow‘s skewering of his special tornado-weather-machine-conspiracy theory on his radio show Friday by saying she looks like a man.
After noting that the media was out to get him by hounding people he went to high school with, Jones said, “Or they could just do what Mr. Maddow does, I mean Janet Reno—Janet Napolitano! I get them all confused.” Jones pounded the desk in mock-frustration. “Pat from Saturday Night Live? No, no…Ron Maddow?”
“Nothing wrong with it, I mean, he’s a handsome guy.”~snip~

The best thing I suppose is to pop some corn and sit back and watch them go at it.
