Weiners Real Parting Shot

Man this guy has got to run for something again, the medias humiliation of his mayoral bid was hilarious and another constant reminder of the disdain that liberal democrats hold for the citizens of this country.

Anthony Weiner caps failed comeback bid with obscene gesture
Anthony Weiner, after losing badly in the New York mayoral primary Tuesday night, bid farewell to the campaign in a manner befitting the foul-mouthed candidate -- by flipping the bird after delivering his concession speech.
The timeless image, showing the disgraced former congressman giving the middle finger to a New York reporter, was captured by NY1 News and posted to Twitter Tuesday night.
The picture quickly surged across social media, putting a bow on the entire wild ride of Weiner's failed attempt at a political career comeback.
Though Weiner once led the pack as he asked voters for a second chance on the heels of his sexting-while-in-Congress scandal, that advantage quickly diminished after he admitted to another bout of sexting after he left Congress.
He finished with just 5 percent of the vote. Public Advocate Bill de Blasio was in the lead, with about 40.2 percent of the total vote, which puts him a whisker above the 40 percent threshold needed to avoid triggering an automatic Oct. 1 runoff. ~snip~
If anything shows how out of touch liberal/commie democrats are from reality this is a perfect example. He comes out saying he's rehabilitated himself from displaying his junk on the innerwebs and then revelations pop up that says he didn't.
He blames the bad press of course.
I mean how dare the media report on his perverted behaviour so the voters can decide if he's qualified to be mayor?

There's still hope for Weiner of course cause he supports gay rights, if you do that then anything can be forgiven.

Could Weiner Pull Out?

It seems that voters want him too.

Poll: Voters Want Weiner Out
A majority of likely voters in September's Democratic primary think Anthony Weiner should end his candidacy to be New York's next mayor, and while a new Quinnipiac University poll shows the disgraced former congressman retains a sizable base of support and remains in the running to advance to an October 1 runoff for the top two finishers, he stands little chance of advancing past that runoff to a general election in November.
The poll, conducted entirely after revelations that Weiner's online dalliances with various women continued well after his resignation from the House, shows City Council Speaker Christine Quinn is back in front, with the backing of 27 percent of likely primary voters. Public Advocate Bill de Blasio is second, at 21 percent, virtually tied with former Comptroller Bill Thompson at 20 percent. Weiner now runs fourth, with 16 percent, the poll shows. Seven percent of likely voters are undecided.
This does represent a drop for Weiner: In a Quinnipiac poll conducted just before Weiner admitted his virtual infidelities continued later that previously disclosed, Weiner led Quinn, 26 percent to 22 percent. But the new survey shows that Weiner remains tenuously in contention; because the poll carries a margin of error of plus-or-minus 4.6 percentage points, Weiner is technically within the margin of error for second place.~snip~
It actually seems that there are enough degenerate democrats in NYC who still actually support the guy. I wouldn't hold my breath expecting him to withdraw from the race. Weiners sense of entitlement is to massive to allow him to do that. Why else would he put his wife through a public spectacle?
A lot of people thought Bill Clinton's dalliance with Monica would finish him but guess what?
It didn't, I doubt Weiner will quit and there is still time for him to increase his poll numbers.
As long as another shoe doesn't drop.

On another note Maureen Dowd takes a shot at excusing Huma Abedin "standing by her man" by blaming it on her upbringing in Saudi Arabia "where women are treated worse by men than anywhere else on the planet".
But of course she offers nothing to explain why Hillary Clinton stayed with her lecherous husband.

What it comes down to is that liberal/commie democrats will find any way they can to justify anything so long as they can assume power.

Former Mayor Crackhead endorses Weiner

Good news!!
Another former democrat mayor with poor judgment approves of Weiner as a "good democrat". I suppose it takes one to know one.

Marion Barry: Weiner a 'good Democrat'
Former Washington, D.C. Mayor Marion Barry said Anthony Weiner is a "good Democrat" who should be talking more about his accomplishments in Congress.
In an interview Saturday night on Geraldo Rivera's show on Fox News, Barry said, "One bit of advice to the congressman: I'd stop talking so much about now and start talking about what you did for seven terms while he was in the Congress. He's a good Democrat."
A couple weeks ago, Barry said he can "identify" with what Weiner is going through.
Earlier in the interview, Barry and Rivera clashed about the ex-mayor's past brushes with the law.
Barry, who is now a D.C. Council member, balked at Rivera's characterization of his past drug scandals.~snip~
Does anyone else not see the pattern here?
Apparently a good democrat consists of having poor judgement and a piss poor moral compass. It's also a contradiction in terms.
I gotta ask, out of 350 million people in this country why is this the best we can do as far as leadership?

Weiner Weasels Out

I would think that anybody in NYC should be concerned about how Weiner could justify any kind of moral authority to govern their city.
If he has no problem lying to and humiliating his wife, who he is supposed to care and love for above all others, then what's to keep him from lying to and humiliating his constituents? But of course he dances around this woman's question because obviously he thinks he doesn't owe the voters an explanation about his shameful behavior.

I personally can't believe that Weiner expects the people of NYC to turn themselves over to this guy and if they do then they deserve to be lied to and humiliated.

The Most Famous Weiner :Updated

Here's a guy with a lot of exposure. It seems that Anthony Weiner just can't help himself from waving his short comings around for various young ladies on line.
I've often wondered what their reactions would be if he was standing on a street corner dangling himself at women when they walk by?
In most places he would be arrested yet somehow, until his victims decide to reveal all, it's considered "private" while he's doing it online.
 Until it's not private.

For most people there would be consequences to this kind of behavior and there is an attempt to get him to quit the race and do what he really needs to do and just fade off into the sunset.

Pressure mounts on Anthony Weiner to quit NYC mayoral race after sexting scandal
Anthony Weiner resisted calls to withdraw from the New York City mayoral race Tuesday after finding himself caught in another sexting scandal similar to the one that ended his congressional career two years ago.
Weiner admitted sending a woman sexually explicit photos and messages and acknowledged the activity took place as recently as last summer, more than a year after he resigned from the House in June 2011 for the same sort of behavior with at least a half-dozen women.
With his wife, Huma Abedin, standing an arm's length away from him, Weiner told a hastily called news conference he would stay in the race despite the new onslaught of negative publicity.
"I want to bring my vision to the people of the city of New York. I hope they are willing to still continue to give me a second chance," Weiner said.
In an editorial posted online Tuesday, the New York Times urged Weiner to drop out of the race, saying Weiner "should take his marital troubles and personal compulsions out of the public eye, away from cameras, off the Web and out of the race for mayor of New York City."~snip~
Even the New York Times, that bastion of liberal forgiveness in the face of outrageous scandal and incompetence, has called for him to bow out.

But you know what?

After thinking about it why should he?
With practically wall to wall coverage by the media when anybody asks about the NYC mayoral race the candidate most people know by name is Weiner. I mean really, how many other candidates can the majority of people name who' running for that office?
It's a low information voter gold mine for Weiner, people who pay little to no attention to what is really going on walking into a voting booth and seeing Anthony's last name and because they've heard it pull the lever for him.
It's a time honored liberal tradition in American politics, get the name out there good or bad, people will vote for what they know.In a city like New York waving his sch-long online and getting caught could be the best thing for him. Weiner becoming famous for whatever reason might be enough to make him mayor.

Update:
Here's a montage of Weiner trying to weasel out of his perverted predilections.

Spin Anthony spin!!!
