The Worms of the GOP

Personally I think it's a little obvious why conservative voters didn't support Romney. After all he was offered up by the RINO RNC.

GOP Moderates in Kansas Endorse Democrat for Governor
Some 100 moderate Republicans have turned against Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback and endorsed his Democratic challenger Paul Davis, Politico reported.
Old-school moderate Republicans have lost their place in the GOP-controlled Kansas legislature. They blame Brownback, who is a fiscal and social conservative.
Under Brownback, the state has set strict limits on abortion. Davis, however, said he would leave them in place. "We have one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country, and I'm not going to seek to change the law," he said, according to Politico.
Davis breaks with Brownback on implementing a planned tax cut saying he prefers to use the money on education.~snip~
I think it says a whole lot that "moderate republicans" are closer in ideology to a democrat than a fiscal and social conservative.
There's no doubt that this country needs to get democrats out of Washington,DC but we'll have to be realistic about the type of RINO the RNC will offer us again because the track record hasn't been so great.
Reversing the damage that Obama and the democrats have done will go very slowly until the RNC can be purged of its gutless, spineless RINOs and a wave of conservatives takes it over.

Time for a Tea Party PAC?

I've been reading a lot of articles that are pretty similar to this one lately.

Republican establishment sabotages Ken Cuccinelli in Virginia
WASHINGTON,  November 6, 2013 — Ken Cuccinelli will not be Virginia’s next governor. The Republican ticket failed after being sabotaged by the establishment.
But his race sends a powerful message and it is a message conservatives should pay attention to.
Cuccinelli should have won this race. He should be the governor-elect today.
Why isn’t he?
First, the Republican establishment sent a message to Virginia. The establishment said that if conservatives are not going to pick the establishment’s preordained candidate, in this case it was Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling, the establishment is not going to contribute any cash.
Conservatives are always being told that we must support a moderate nominee for party unity. Apparently those rules do not apply to moderates and the establishment. The Republican National Committee spent six million dollars less this year than it did in 2009. Cuccinelli was outspent three to one during most of the campaign and as much as ten to one in the closing days. Contributions by big Republican donors, those who gave more than $1000 in past gubernatorial elections, dropped by two-thirds this year over 2009 and 2005.~snip~
There seems to be this idea among the establishment republicans that a conservative can't win, even though Cuccinelli came awfully close even without their support. Truth is there would be an R governor in Virginia if the RINO party would have bothered to throw their support behind Cuccinelli instead of throwing a snit and taking their ball and going home.
When the RNC tanked the last presidential election and the one before by offering up spineless, milquetoast candidates the first thing they did was try and sell the idea that it was because they weren't more like democrats.
What a bunch of clueless cowards, to think we're supposed to choose the leader of the free world from what these pansy asses offer us.
Which if they have their way the only difference between the parties will be the name.

If real conservatives want to win and get freedom loving, small government candidates into office then the only way to do it is to bypass the RNC and contribute to candidates chosen and supported by conservatives.
The only thing that makes the RNC relevant is their hold over campaign contributions, take that away and they'll be begging to join conservatives instead of us hoping they'll support us.

Rubio Tries Sucking Up

Rubio the RINO basically went out of his way to marginalize conservatives on the issue of illegal immigration.
In essence he's for the invasion of America by people who flout our laws and then expect a legal ticket to stay.

So in order to "make it up to us" he wants to be the sponsor of a bill to ban abortions after 20 weeks.

Rubio to Introduce Senate Bill to Ban Abortions After 20 Weeks
Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) today agreed to be the lead sponsor of a Senate bill to ban abortion after an unborn child is 20 weeks old.  A similar measure passed the House last month and a state version is now being debated in the Texas legislature, where it is likely to be approved.
With Rubio’s presence, the bill is certain to gain enormous media attention and thus more national visibility for the issue of limiting late term abortions. Right-to-life groups have urged Rubio to take the lead on the issue, believing he would be the strongest possible advocate in the Senate. Several sources confirmed he’d agreed.
The bill faces an uphill fight in the Democrat-controlled Senate and a veto threat by President Obama.  But win or lose, Republicans and the leaders of the pro-life movement regard the 20-week ban as an especially favorable issue for their cause – and one that might strengthen GOP candidates in the 2014 midterm election.~snip~
As the article states, with a democrat-controlled Senate, it would be pretty much dead on arrival but obviously just sponsoring it Rubio hopes to rehabilitate his already tarnished image for attempting to open the floodgates for illegal immigration.
In other words he expects conservatives to compromise their values again when he attempts to run in 2016.
The question is, after all the lesser of 2 evils we've held our noses over and voted for anyway, are conservatives going to fall for it again?
I ain't.

That Ship has Already Sailed

I guess it's no secret that the republican party has already left conservatives behind after the disastrous results of 2012.
It couldn't get anymore wishy-washy than offering Massachusetts Mitt after trying to force lame McCain on us previously.

Voter turnout was lower than it had been in the 2 previous presidential elections which, according to the article, about 93 million eligible voters didn't participate.

I'm sure more than a few million of those where conservatives who have just given up on the RNC being able to offer a clear choice in 2012.

The RNC has left conservatives with no real clear choice.

Which is why, in my opinion, it's about time someone started forcefully stating the obvious.

Palin Floats Leaving GOP
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said on Saturday that if Republicans abandon conservatives, conservatives may have to consider leaving the Republican Party.
Palin was responding on Fox News to a question from a viewer, Josh Painter, who asked if she and conservative talk radio host Mark Levin would be willing to form a "Freedom Party" if the GOP continues to let down conservatives.
"I love the name of that party," Palin said on Fox News on Saturday. "If the GOP continues to back away from the planks in our platform, from the principles that built this party of Lincoln and of Reagan, then, yeah, more and more of us are going to start saying, 'You know, what's wrong with being independent?'"
Palin said that if Republicans vote for things like amnesty, "there will be a lot of us who start saying, 'GOP, if you abandon us, we have nowhere else to go except to become more independent and not enlisted in one or the other private majority parties that rule in our nation.'"
She said that both national parties are "private parties" and nobody forces Americans to be "enlisted in either party."
Palin's remarks represent the frustrations of conservatives who note Republicans lose when they nominate moderate candidates in national elections.~snip~
It's time to start getting the idea out there and for conservatives to have a really serious conversation about it.
Conservatives aren't killing the republican party, the republican party is killing itself by not fielding candidates conservatives can get behind.
If they choose another squishy RINO for 2016 they're as good as dead anyway.

Singing for Dear Leader Obama

Here's a video that's been on YouTube since 2008, a music teacher got all these kids together for the purpose of elevating the Obama campaign into a cause.
Why do liberal progressive commie democrats constantly try to make their nominee into a cult worship figure?
I'm almost 60 years old and don't recall anything similar for the campaigns of Richard Nixon or Ronald Reagan.
The difference is that  liberal progressive commie democrats want someone who will be a "father figure", to solve all their problems and take care of them.
Conservatives want someone with a plan to keep the country stable and interfere as little as possible in their lives and businesses. To allow people to be individuals and succeed or fail on our own merits. To live life without a net.
The gulf between the two is insurmountable.
We must come together to shake off the yolk of progressive oppression.

Taking a Stand With Chicken

Here's some pretty good news, people who believe in free speech and free markets blasted the Chick-fil-a boycott into irrelevance.
And the homosexual activists and their liberal supporters along with the  lick-spittle liberal media have only themselves to blame.
For years Conservatives and Christians have sat silently by while gay activists and their supporters whined, screamed at, threatened, insulted and denigrated them. They've attempted to bully and browbeat others to accept, what to many, is the unacceptable and this time they've pushed it to far.

Exactly what did Dan Cathy say to cause such an uproar?
He offered his own opinion.
"I think we are inviting God's judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, 'We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,'" Cathy said. "I pray God's mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about."
Cathy explains that the company that his father created and the one that he now runs is possible because of family and the support that families offer.
"We are very much supportive of the family -- the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that … We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that," Cathy said.
He also expressed something that has become pretty foreign nowadays, the idea that there are virtues worth living up to.
Things like fidelity, commitment, support of family and a humble gratitude for what he's been able to help build.
These are things that, at one time in America, were desirable characteristics in a business owner and something he looked for in his employees. Things that good men and women aspired to.
But virtues seem to be out of fashion these days, a commitment to marriage, fidelity, family and humility have become worthy of scorn and ridicule from the gay crowd and their liberal political panderers.

The truth is that real Americans have been pushed to far, the incessant demands of the entitlement crowd, gay activists and "give it away" liberal democrats has just reached the point where we are saying "enough".
What happened today was a peaceful and orderly message. It's the way Conservatives and Christians do things and in a sane world it would be a wake up call.

But the truth is it won't be, and the liberal bullies will just keep pushing until there will be another peaceful and orderly message sent loud and clear in November.

Another Win for the Forgotten Americans

While the liberal media, the democrat and GOP elite, have been worrying about the 7% who care about Obamas evolution on gay marriage the common man/woman has been busy trying to take back the country.

Palin Effect: Fischer Wins Nebraska Primary
Just two weeks ago, the battle for the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat in Nebraska was between state Attorney General Jim Bruning and state Treasurer Don Stenburg. Neither inspired the growing base of conservative voters. They were, to be charitable, standard conservative-ish career politicians. Mama Grizzly Sarah Palin shook up the race with a late endorsement of state Senator Debby Fischer. It made all the difference.
I follow politics very closely, yet I hadn't heard of the Fischer candidacy until Palin's endorsement. National tea party groups like FreedomWorks had put all their resources behind Stenburg, with nary a thought about Fischer. A good reminder that these groups aren't as plugged into the grassroots as they like to claim.
A wind of change is blowing through the nation. Fischer's nomination tells us that voters are rejecting the tired 'politics as usual' messaging of most candidates. Be fearless. Have courage. Stand for something.
A "wind of change indeed", no one believed that this candidate had a chance, she was ignored by the established RINO power brokers of the republican party and left with minuscule resources until Sarah Palin mentioned her name.
The conservatives then rejected the squishy offering of the spineless GOP and made a choice for change.
If the republicans want to hold influence then they are the ones who need to evolve.

Another Rino Out.

And conservatives roar again!!!

Indiana Senate: Richard Mourdock topples veteran Richard Lugar
Sen. Richard Lugar’s 36-year Senate career is now history.
Lugar was defeated in today’s Republican primary election by Treasurer Richard Mourdock, ending his bid for a seventh term in the U.S. Senate.
It wasn’t even close.
With 70 percent of the vote counted, Mourdock had 60 percent to Lugar’s 40 percent.
Mourdock will face Democrat U.S. Rep. Joe Donnelly and Libertarian Andy Horning in the November election.
Keep it up "moderate republicans" the common man/woman intends to take back our country.
Kowtow to the commie, socialist democrats and expect to be shown the door.
