You know ever since the shooting in Garland,Texas the liberal media has been bending over backwards to find any excuse to blame the intended victims.

Pamela Geller, the woman behind the Texas cartoon contest attacked by two gunmen late Sunday, knew what she was doing when she staged the controversial event featuring irreverent depictions of the prophet Muhammad in Garland, Tex.

The Dallas suburb had hosted a pro-Muslim conference in January, about the time Islamist terrorists killed a dozen journalists with the satirical French publication Charlie Hebdo. Geller, a blogger and fierce critic of what she calls the “Islamization” of America, wanted to make a statement.

So she sponsored the Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in the same exhibition hall as the earlier conference. She and her associates invited 200 people and hired 40 heavily armed off-duty police officers and security guards to protect them.

And then they unveiled the pictures: A drawing of Muhammad on a unicycle. A picture of the prophet with a beard of snakes. An angry Muhammad wearing a turban, holding a sword and yelling: “You can’t draw me!” — a reference to the fact that depicting the prophet is considered blasphemous by many Muslims.~snip~

There's something truly perverse about this kind of victim blaming and sort of eye opening about the fact that there seems to be something of a religious nature that liberals get outraged about.
In their minds you can create provocative art about Christianity.
Force people to compromise their faith,
Marginalize Christians.
But draw a picture of Mohammed and you got it coming.

Media on Baltimore riots

So I was watching the ABC nightly news tonight and noticed how they were using their "stern" voices while talking about the looters and rioters in Baltimore.

It is to laugh, the liberal/commie media has been instigating and encouraging any and all  even marginally involved in #Blacklivesmatter protests.
Also,after listening carefully, I didn't hear one word of condemnation for any injuries or property damage.
I'm anticipating plenty of stories in the near future about how the violent looters were justified in their actions because of "white privilege" or something.

It’s war on cops as riots grip Baltimore

 Seven Baltimore police officers were injured on Monday as rioters threw bricks, broke windows, looted businesses and burned patrol cars in violent protests following the funeral of a black man who died after he was injured in police custody. 

The riots broke out just a few blocks from the site of the funeral of 25-year-old Freddie Gray in northwest Baltimore and then spread through other parts of the city in the most violent demonstrations since looting in Ferguson, Missouri, last year. 

Television images showed mobs of rioters jumping on top of a police car, destroying a taxi and setting two other patrol cars on fire after teenaged crowds ignored calls to disperse and clashed with lines of hundreds of police. Gangs had threatened to target police officers, local law enforcement said.~snip~

The Great Gay Wedding Pizza Controversy:Update

You gotta wonder just how petty and absurd things are going to get over this whole Indiana RFRA law.

I get the feeling that ABC sent out a email to all of its Indiana affiliates demanding that they find some example of a business who not only approved of the law but makes clear that their religious conscience would keep them from serving a "gay" wedding.
Well ABC57 found one in a small town.

WALKERTON, Ind. - A small-town pizza shop is saying they agree with Governor Pence and the signing of the controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
The O'Connor family, who owns Memories Pizza, says they have a right to believe in their religion and protect those ideals.
“If a gay couple came in and wanted us to provide pizzas for their wedding, we would have to say no,” says Crystal O'Connor of Memories Pizza.
She and her family are standing firm in their beliefs.
The O'Connors have owned Memories Pizza in Walkerton for 9 years.
It's a small-town business, with small-town ideals.
“We are a Christian establishment,” says O'Connor.
The O'Connor family prides themselves in owning a business that reflects their religious beliefs.
“We're not discriminating against anyone, that's just our belief and anyone has the right to believe in anything,” says O'Connor.  

So, when Governor Pence signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act into law, the family was not disappointed.
“We definitely agree with the bill,” says O'Connor.

A plurality of voters think Barack Obama is the worst president since World War II, a new poll says.
According to a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday, 33 percent of voters think the current president is the worst since 1945.
Obama’s predecessor, former President George W. Bush, came in at second-worst with 28 percent, and Richard Nixon was in third place with 13 percent of the vote. After Jimmy Carter, who 8 percent of voters said was the worst president in the time period, no other president received more than 3 percent.~snip~

This is pretty sad, the fact that enough people fell for lines like no blood for oil, war on women, hope and change and binders full of women as opposed to actually demanding that Obama tell us why he was qualified to be POTUS.

SPLC Continues Conning the Public

There's this weird idea out there that the Southern Poverty Law Center actually cares about civil rights and "hate" in America. 
Truth is that they're simply a money generating machine that uses slander and leftist sensibilities to scare people into donating.
Their list of "anti-government groups or militias" is pretty laughable.

They've in essence reduced anyone who believes in the second amendment or limited government as a "radical".  Believing in certain amendments of the constitution  like say the first, the fourth or the fifth is OK but believing in the second makes you an anti-government loon.

The darling of the left - who is referred to as "Abortion Barbie" by her detractors - has admitted that some factoids about her past were not as "tight" as they should have been. At first it was the team from Republican Greg Abbott that was calling a time out on her pulling at the heart strings background; however, now the DMN has launched a similar action.~snip~

After I got divorced, I lived in a mobile home park in southeast Fort Worth.” According to public records, Davis was in fact divorced from her first husband at the age of 21 which means that she, as a Harvard educated lawyer, lied in her testimony in the federal lawsuit.
• At the age of 23, she married an attorney, Jeff Davis who was 13 years older than she. He paid for the completion of her degree at Texas Christian University, cashed in his 401(k), and took out a loan to pay for her education once she was accepted at Harvard. Davis left her second husband days after he paid off the loan on her education. According to the DMN article: Jeff Davis said that was right around the time the final payment on their Harvard Law School loan was due. “It was ironic,” he said. “I made the last payment, and it was the next day she left.”
• While Davis was in Boston attending Harvard, her husband raised her first-born daughter by another man and the daughter she shared with Jeff Davis.
• Under the terms of the divorce, her husband received custody and she was required to pay $1,200 per month in child support.
• A colleague and political supporter that has worked with Davis stated in the DMN article:

“Wendy is tremendously ambitious,” he said, speaking only on condition of anonymity in order to give what he called an honest assessment. “She’s not going to let family or raising children or anything else get in her way. He said: “She’s going to find a way, and she’s going to figure out a way to spin herself in a way that grabs at the heart strings. A lot of it isn’t true about her, but that’s just us who knew her."

For those in the media who don't know this is called "vetting" a candidate. Something we were denied by the Obama worshiping press prior to the last 2 presidential elections.
This also shows that the image that progressive/liberal democrats try and project to the public isn't necessarily the truth. Which is why it's so difficult for voters to arrive at an informed decision as to who they want to represent them.

 I'm kind of torn about this, on the one hand I'm not really happy that this guy released classified information and is being used by countries that don't have our, or anybody else's, best interests at heart.
On the other hand it's kind of humorous the way it highlights Obama and his administration's ineptitude and incompetence when it comes to protecting our vital secrets and their ability to bumble diplomacy with other countries.

But, since most of Obama's base hates America and would be delighted to see us embarrassed I can believe that Obama isn't in a real hurry to have Snowden extradited and stand trial.
His commie base would howl like the damned if their hero was prosecuted.

Also the good news about him not making the plane is that we won't be subjected to the presses puffy fluffer pieces on what a great guy Snowden is.
Personally I think he should be brought back and face the consequences for his actions.
Lets face it, if his motivations were as altruistic as every left wing slobbering idiot claims then he would have stayed here and defended his actions.

BTW, the liberal/commie Obama media makes the Keystone Kops look competent in comparison.

I'm watching the ABC evening news and you know what they led with?
Paula Deen and remarks she made in a deposition she gave that was vetted by....wait for it.... the National Enquirer. Cause apparently this is who the national media now turn to for their hard hitting news stories.
Who can blame them though, the New York Times has proven over and over again that it's nothing more than a partisan rag.

This story was so compelling that "real journalists" Matt Lauer and Al Roker fell all over themselves to try and book her live on the Today Show so they could show her groveling on live TV to apologize.
Ya know like they did with Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd.
Or the way they humiliated Lois Lerner of the IRS after she plead the 5th during congressional hearings.
Oh wait, that never happened.......because ABC didn't read about Lerner or Byrd in the National Enquirer, that's where the real news is cause we ain't getting it from ABC.
Instead all they got was a video posted on YouTube.

I hope nobody's wondering why this administration isn't being held accountable for it's incompetence because to me it's pretty obvious.

On Media Defeatism

Years ago, Feb. 27,1968 to be precise, Walter Cronkite delivered a report from New York on the Tet Offensive basically saying that "we are mired in a stalemate".
After the broadcast Lyndon Johnson was supposed to have said something along the lines of  “If I’ve lost Cronkite, I’ve lost the war.”

Whether he actually said it or not the fact that it persists is a telling indication about what impact the media can have on events. Support for the war began to erode pretty quickly after that.
The media made a hard turn against the war and there was growing resentment for the democrat policy of involuntary inscription into the Army to basically be thrust into a perceived meat grinder.

According to Robert McNamara's book, "In Retrospect" there really wasn't the political will to win the war in Vietnam but that is another discussion.

What got me thinking about this is the almost comical way the liberal commie media has been spinning the stories on the Boston marathon bombers trying to find anyway they can to redirect the focus away from the real reason why these 2 Jihadists set off bombs killing and maiming innocent people.
From during the pre-capture to the after events, in almost every media bullshit session from assorted liberal talking heads (who's sole expertise on the subject is a journalism degree) , the focus has been away from the victims and towards an almost sympathetic discussion about the perpetrators.

The fact of the matter is that Islam is at war with us and everybody knows it, even the media elite, who believe that since they'll never be subjected to the violence that the rest of us "little people" have to endure, feel perfectly fine with pontificating on high lecturing all the rest of us on how we should behave and think.

Truth is it's the way its always been and as long as we allow the media to spin events we'll never have the will to pull ourselves out from under the influence of radical Islam.
The media is the enemy and they need to be held accountable for enabling the terror when it comes.

So we have this terrible, tragic bombing in Boston today. You just got to feel for the families who are grieving for their loss and the injured. Not much is really known yet but I, like many others, hope that the ones who committed these acts are found quickly and brought to justice.

I've been monitoring various links looking for updates as things move on and have run across the usual tin hatters that seep out of the sewer when something tragic happens. Like Alex Jones taking advantage in order to keep his ad revenue coming in for his websites and ginning up the crazies out there to foam at the mouth at the "ebil gubbermint" and what not.

No surprise there.

But apparently the liberal media are still looking for the "right-wing" extremist that they froth about all the time to gin up their brain dead liberal base.

On NBC's meet the press David Gregory went after NRA's Wayne LaPierre about armed guards placed in schools to protect the students.
All so he could high five with his effete, elitist commie buddies and brag about how he "showed LaPierre" what's what.

He also demonstrated how the law doesn't mean squat to liberals or the media.

According to a scan of the school's online faculty-staff directory, Sidwell has a security department made up of at least 11 people. Many of those are police officers, who are presumably armed.
Moreover, with the Obama kids in attendance, there is a secret service presence at the institution, as well.

Unbelievable, this guy berates someone who advocates that all children should have the same security that his children enjoy, along with taking away rights under the law that he feels he can ignore.
The gun grab advocates don't care one wit about anyone else's children but their own, ya know because David Gregory's and all the other elitist snobs children are way more important than those of the unwashed masses.

Samuel L. Jackson will film a provocative spot supporting President Obama’s re-election bid as early as tomorrow — telling voters to “Wake the f--k up, Vote for Obama.”
The ad is a riff on Jackson’s viral video “Go the F--k to Sleep,” where he narrates a children’s book written by Adam Mansbach.
It’s paid for by the Jewish Council for Education and Research Super PAC — which earlier this summer aired an ad of comedian Sarah Silverman offering “free lesbian sex” to billionaire Sheldon Adelson if he stopped supporting GOP nominee Mitt Romney.

I mean other than the "Vote for Obama", the American people truly do need to wake up and face the reality of what Obama's policies have done. He's turned Muslim countries over to terrorists, giving them the go ahead to murder American citizens by being an appeaser, over saw another credit downgrade, unemployment still over 8% and even higher when you count the number of people who've left the labor force.

Incomes are down, gas prices up and the liberal media continue to cheer lead a president who has failed both foreign and domestic policies.

Here's some pretty good news, people who believe in free speech and free markets blasted the Chick-fil-a boycott into irrelevance.
And the homosexual activists and their liberal supporters along with the  lick-spittle liberal media have only themselves to blame.
For years Conservatives and Christians have sat silently by while gay activists and their supporters whined, screamed at, threatened, insulted and denigrated them. They've attempted to bully and browbeat others to accept, what to many, is the unacceptable and this time they've pushed it to far.

Exactly what did Dan Cathy say to cause such an uproar?
He offered his own opinion.

"I think we are inviting God's judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, 'We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,'" Cathy said. "I pray God's mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about."

Cathy explains that the company that his father created and the one that he now runs is possible because of family and the support that families offer.

"We are very much supportive of the family -- the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that … We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that," Cathy said.

He also expressed something that has become pretty foreign nowadays, the idea that there are virtues worth living up to.
Things like fidelity, commitment, support of family and a humble gratitude for what he's been able to help build.
These are things that, at one time in America, were desirable characteristics in a business owner and something he looked for in his employees. Things that good men and women aspired to.
But virtues seem to be out of fashion these days, a commitment to marriage, fidelity, family and humility have become worthy of scorn and ridicule from the gay crowd and their liberal political panderers.

The truth is that real Americans have been pushed to far, the incessant demands of the entitlement crowd, gay activists and "give it away" liberal democrats has just reached the point where we are saying "enough".
What happened today was a peaceful and orderly message. It's the way Conservatives and Christians do things and in a sane world it would be a wake up call.

But the truth is it won't be, and the liberal bullies will just keep pushing until there will be another peaceful and orderly message sent loud and clear in November.

Car dealers fear Obama fuel standards will make new vehicles unaffordable

The recommendations call for “fleet wide” gas mileage of 54.4 miles a gallon by 2015 -- essentially the average gas mileage for cars, trucks, vans and all other vehicles in a model year.
The Environmental Protection Agency and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration submitted their proposed 2017-2025 fuel-efficiency recommendations in mid-July to the administration’s Office of Management and Budget.

I suppose the answer to the economy is to regulate the middle class out of existence.

So NBC comes up with this great idea to help Obama out, they decide to conduct a poll and over load it with democrats.
Knowing it's skewed they release it anyway and then have to basically back off of it after they are found out.

Liberal Media Reports, Viewers Roll Their Eyes

So here we have a tragic multiple shooting in Colorado, around a dozen murdered and many injured, and the news exploding all over the TV and Internet and what does ABC news and Brian Ross give us first thing?

A Tea party connection.....uh no there wasn't.

On Good Morning America, ABC News' Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos suggested that the Tea Party might be connected to the mass shootings early this morning in an Aurora, CO theater during a screening of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises. The mainstream media attempted to blame the Tea Party for the Tuscon shootings in January 2011, shortly after Republicans swept the midterm elections. Now, in the critical 2012 elections, the mainstream media seems poised to do the same--and ABC News has led the way.

Brian Ross, ABC's ace "investigative" reporter googled the shooters name and found a "Jim Holmes" on the Colorado Tea party page so in a connect the dots fashion reminiscent of the 9/11 troofers he put it out there hoping the smear would stick.
Of course if you're a leftwing conspiracy nutcase then it all made sense, however, people with a working set of synapses in their head knew it for what it was. A desperate attempt to smear the Tea Party and make domestic terrorists out of us.

The left is so desperate to paint Tea Party members as terrorists that they can't even see the overt terrorism in the occupy movement.
Hundreds of Tea Partiers do not rampage through the streets damaging property and committing violent acts like occupiers did in Oakland and Seattle.
Nor, to my knowledge, has any  Tea Partier been arrested for vandalism, assault or any other crimes.
The liberal media has become a sham and it's claim of impartiality a joke on the viewing public.
They have been perpetrating  this lie for decades in a childish attempt to alter the public perception of reality to their warped view and it's time they were held accountable for all their slanders and lies.

The days of an impartial fifth estate is gone, there are to many alternatives to the brain dead liberal panderers of the old alphabet channels for them to survive much longer.
The poor reporting of this tragedy is only just another nail in the coffin of the liberal news elites.

Sununu Sings the Truth

It's amazing that this is even getting out there, the lick-spittle liberal media refuses to allow regular Americans to express our disgust and disappointment with the current president and his democrat lapdogs.
