Great Theatre, Still no Accountability

When you get right down to it though all you basically have is theatre put on by the republicans. Let's face it, all their posturing and so-called slam dunk questioning in any hearing has resulted in absolutely no accountability by Obama, his administration or the democrats.
 Everyones getting whipped up over what is essentially a toothless congress whose republican members hold the same view as the RNC does of grass roots Tea party organizations.

Maybe there's some merit to collecting sound bites for the next 2 election cycles so that republicans can use them against democrats but the lickspittle media will do their best to minimise then and relegate them to conspiracy theories.

You really want to cheer this empty display on then go to it.
As for me...wake me when they actually indict someone for their criminal and illegal actions.
Until then it's just smoke.

Dropping the Pretense

So I've been sitting here watching the whole Obamacare fiasco happening and the administration and leftist/commie media spin it.
While basically insulting our intelligence by telling us we ain't smart enough to know we had crap insurance before Obama and the democrats.

But that is what the democrats trade in,lying and elitist snobbery.
This story has been going around showing up in my timeline on facebook and I think  lot of people are asking the wrong question.

Racist? Va. Dem. Lt. Gov. nominee refuses to shake hands with black GOP opponent

During an on-air debate, Ralph Northam, the McAuliffe-backed Democrat running for Lt. Gov. in Virginia, refused to shake hands with E. W. Jackson, his GOP opponent, who happens to be a black minister, Breitbart.com reported Monday.
The on-camera snub took place after Northam confirmed that he wants to massively expand government healthcare. He also refused to deny allegations that he believes traditional Christians have no right to act according to their traditional-marriage views, Breitbart added.~snip~

There's really no doubt that democrats are racist seeing as how the KKK was spawned by the democrat party so that's pretty much a given.
What is in doubt is that people from each party are just expressing opposing views and we should just agree to disagree,shake hands and be friends.
The democrat party has been engaged in slander tactics since their rise to power in Washington,D.C.
As an example just look at the insult hurled by Alan Grayson D-Florida towards people he opposes.

Democrats have been throwing names at conservatives and republicans for a couple of years comparing us to terrorists,the Taliban, repuglithugs, Tea-tards, teabaggers and on and on and it really never stops.
Oh sure our side has gone over the top at times and the lickspittle media, the propaganda arm of the democrat party, makes sure that those slurs are amplified wide and far.
Not so much for the dems and libs though.
Civil discourse left a long time ago. The democrats have demonstrated over and over that they are not interested in any other views but their own and have declared anyone not on the same page as the enemy.
Shaking hands and parting friends is not what you do during an ideological battle, you know your enemy and you fight them.
The democrats know that and we should to.
I know it's hard for conservatives to turn away from fair mindedness and decency but the enemy of our country abandoned that long ago.

Facing the Truth about Obamacare

We're starting to see more stories like this.

Over 96 Percent of Obamacare Enrollees in Maryland Signed Up for Medicaid

Back on October 22, Jim Geraghty explained why it was important to separate new Medicaid enrollments out from the total enrollment numbers for Obamacare.
We can do that now with Maryland’s state-run exchange, Maryland Health Connection. According to a press release Friday, 85,659 people have enrolled through the exchange. However, 82,473 of those have signed up for Medicaid, accounting for just over 96 percent of sign ups.
Of course, Maryland isn’t the only state with more enrollments in Medicaid than in insurance plans; both Kentucky and New York are seeing the same phenomenon.

Of course we got a hint of the real agenda with Obama's response to Joe the Plumber before the election, the redistribution of income.
The liberal/commie media then went into "cover Obama's ass" mode immediately to carry their messiahs water while simultaneously doing their trademark willful omission of anything that might embarrass the democrat party or Obama.

Leftwing media

NBC is just now reporting that Obama knew that those who liked their insurance couldn't keep it even when he was mouthing the words. Pretty much after the fact and while Obamacare swiftly dismantles the current system.

It's no coincidence that those who are shocked by the increase in premiums are the people who've worked hard and been responsible for themselves and their own health insurance. But a very large number of people will receive very low cost to free healthcare (close to half) while those in higher tax brackets will be punished  for being able to take care of themselves. All while crippling the economy and making more people dependent on government for their needs.

This has been the plan all along, to shift the burden and expense of healthcare to those who have the audacity to earn enough to be independent from the government. A monumental redistribution of wealth.

The real crime here is the complicity of the lickspittle media who, while Pelosi was saying we need to pass it to see what's in it" deliberately withheld reporting what the pitfalls were along with the breathless news about preexisting conditions and adult children hanging onto mom and dads insurance. All for the purpose of covering up for the administration before the next election so the American people couldn't make an informed decision.

So the question is, if the derelict media isn't going to act like a free press, why do they still deserve the constitutional protections of one?

Also when are the American people going to finally hold them accountable?

Obamacare's Lopsided Enrollment

Boy it's just getting better and better ain't it. This boondoggle is such a failure that even the lapdog,lickspittle liberal media can't ignore it anymore.
This whole thing is on track to become an even bigger trainwreck than predicted.
I dare anyone to come up with any government program that has been run successfully that wasn't loaded with pork and mismanagement and then consider very carefully how good can a government mandated healthcare system be.

CBS:Obamacare Enrollees an Urban Legend

It must be really bad when even Obamas lickspittle subservient cheerleaders in the liberal/commie media can't even put a positive spin on Obamacare's failed rollout.
Their problem is that they really can't find anyone who has successfully navigated the online sign up. Mostly because,like most government programs, incompetent and lazy partisan civil servants are running it.

Even some of the kossacks are beginning to notice the downside of Obama's signature legislation. What's really hilarious in the comments is the way the guy is being attacked for simply reporting on his experience with his insurance company because they had to adjust his premiums,upwards,in order to comply with Obamacare.
If it wasn't so sad it would be funny that even the most ardent kool-aide drinkers can't ignore the obvious.
Putting government in charge of healthcare is a failure waiting to happen.

Harry Reid, Disingenuous Asshole

Does anybody really believe this guy any more? Dingy Harry says we're going to have a "conversation" and "debate" on changing laws.

Harry Reid opens door to Senate gun control debate

With pressure building from Democrats, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid opened the door Monday for legislative action on gun control in the wake of the deadly massacre at a Connecticut elementary school last week.
While he said “no one law” or policy can stop a “determined madman,” Reid argued that Washington is “not doing enough” to protect the public from tragic episodes like the one that unfolded in Newtown, Conn. where 20 children and six adults were murdered by an armed assailant.

“In the coming days and weeks, we’ll engage in a meaningful conversation and thoughtful debate about how to change laws in a culture that allows this violence to continue to grow,” Reid said on the Senate floor. “We have no greater responsibility than keeping our most vulnerable and most precious resource — our children — safe.”

Cause that's what democrats are known for.....conversation and debate....remember the conversation we had about Obamacare before it was rammed down our throat?
Yeah, neither do I.
We didn't even know how many were murdered before the liberal media began to define the debate and attack the second amendment and gun ownership leaving any real discussion about violence in society behind. According to the lickspittle media it's all about the guns ya know.

I watched the ABC News tonight with Diane Sawyer and the whole program was dedicated to finding solutions together, which in Lame stream media speech means we're going to tell you what to think. After Obama won his second term there is no reason for them to believe otherwise either. So it's obvious that again the progressive commie liberals in the media and democrat party are going to do what they do best.
Restrict more of our freedoms and throw massive amounts of money out there for "solutions" that will simply not work.
You know....kind of like billions to stimulate the economy and billions for bankrupt green energy companies.
There are no easy answers that could have prevented what caused the terrible killings in  Newtown, Conn, but knee jerk legislation underming the constitutional rights of American citizens is not one of them.

Unfortunately as long as the media, Obama and democrats can manipulate the raw emotions of voters there will never be a meaningful conversation on violence in society.

On the possible eve of the SCOTUS decision on Obama care (this week anyway) it appears that more and more people are getting wise to the disaster they elected.

Fewer Americans believe the economy is getting better and a majority disapproves of how President Barack Obama is handling it, according to a new Associated Press-GfK poll.
Republican challenger Mitt Romney has exploited those concerns and moved into a virtually even position with the president.
Three months of declining job creation have left the public increasingly glum, with only 3 out of 10 adults saying the country is headed in the right direction. Five months before the election, the economy remains Obama’s top liability.

I don't know how "grim" it is, I'd say more along the lines of "inevitable".
I've been around for almost 60 years and have never seen an economy or employmnet figures like we have now.
I was watching Dateline tonight and they did a report on "Lost in Suburbia" about how 3 former middle class families are thrust into poverty due to job loss. Of course they conclude that it's the "new normal" and go out of their way to avoid talking about why the economy is in a mess.
But the truth is even the liberal lick-spittle press can't ignore the sheer numbers of people who are suffering under the liberal policies of Obama and the democrats.
They just refuse to point the finger at the responsible parties.
Fortunately they don't need to.
Everyone is begining to realize that slogans and promises don't put a paycheck into the bank.
We all need to just hold on until November because by then most everyone will know anyone but Obama can do better.
