The Medias Bias Marches on

So the AP crops and posts this image of Ted Cruz, you know, a republican. I'm the AP believes this is a coincident and if you believe that then they have bridges for sale in the classifieds.

AP photo shows a gun pointed at Ted Cruz’s head
In an Associated Press image that drew comment and criticism on Twitter on Sunday, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is seen speaking with what appeared to be a gun aimed straight at him.
The photograph — taken by the AP’s Charlie Neibergall — actually captured a background poster, with a large semi-blurred image of a handgun pointed at Cruz’s forehead, straight between the eyes.
Story Continued Below
Cruz was appearing Saturday at CrossRoads Shooting Sports in Johnston, Iowa. During his speech, Cruz, an outspoken proponent of Second Amendment rights, encouraged residents to adopt what he called a Texan approach to guns by simply “hitting what you aim at.”
A day earlier, the Republican presidential candidate accused Democrats of using Wednesday’s church massacre in Charleston, South Carolina, as an excuse “to take away the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.”~snip~
Now a lot of conservative sites are asking the question,"what if it was <insert democrat name here> ?"
That question misses the point entirely. The media is so in the tank for liberal/commie democrats that every story or picture about them is meticulously vetted to reflect liberal/commie democrats in the best light.
By the same token every story or picture about republicans is meticulously vetted or titled to make them look like fools.
Thanks to liberal media bias this will be the climate we enter into for the next presidential election.

The Return of "Tebowing"?

Tim Tebow Appears Set to Join a Crowd of Eagles Quarterbacks
Reports that the Philadelphia Eagles are about to sign Tim Tebow raise a host of questions: How will Tebow fare after two years away from the game? What role does Coach Chip Kelly have in mind for him? Will he be embraced by the tough fans?
But the most conspicuous is this: Just how many quarterbacks do the Eagles need?
It is one thing to stockpile receivers or defensive backs. But teams can use only one quarterback at a time, and sometimes having even two candidates for starter can lead to a controversy that eats up a team. Now the Eagles have five quarterbacks, three of whom have started N.F.L. games.
But in another twist, precisely zero of the five could be considered proven, successful N.F.L. starters.~snip~
You know as I was reading this article a few things stuck out.
One is that the article goes out of it's way to point out Tebows "sub par" performance and:
Drawing an outsize amount of attention for his college success, rushing ability and overt Christian faith, Tebow has an N.F.L. career that essentially boils down to one season, 2011 with the Denver Broncos.
Thing is that the "sports media" didn't seem to have much of a problem with Micheal Sams " outsize amount of attention for his college success" pretty much being in his corner from the get go even dismissing his "sub par" performance at the NFL combine.
Where as Tebow actually played in the NFL and did enjoy some success.

I suppose it's to be expected seeing the medias disdain for any hint of Christian faith so expect the sports media to focus on Tebows short comings.
After all, he's not their kind.

The Media's Slobbering Love Affair

So Valerie Jarrett makes the round smooching the members of the media that are about to interview her so you know how hardball the questions are going to be from MSNBC.

Fortunately we didn't get to see the rest of the slobber fest since the cameras cut away to commercial
After all MSNBC really doesn't want us to know how far in bed they and the White house are.

Where the MSM Stands

It truly is exhausting to have to constantly point out the deliberate deflection of the news by the liberal media.
Here we have a story of a presidential contender possibly committing multiple felonies and the media focuses on the state of Indiana that BTW elected a republican as governor.

Nets Devote 3x More Time to Indiana Law Than Hillary E-Mail Server Wipe
The stunning revelation that Hillary Clinton wiped her personal e-mail server clean is the kind of political cover-up that should have sent the networks into overdrive, except they had an even more important agenda to advance: smearing an entire state and its Republican governor as anti-gay bigots.  From the morning of March 27 through March 30 evening the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks spent only 10 minutes and 15 seconds to the admission by Clinton’s own attorney that her State Department e-mails were wiped from the server that had been subpoenaed by Congress, but they devoted a whopping 35 minutes and 1 seconds to coverage of the Indiana religious freedom law.~snip~
The media want's to ensure that very few remember Hillary's emails.
I've always enjoyed fiction which is why I still watch the evening news, a habit I acquired back in the days when there were only 3 channels on TV and no net so I've seen first hand how the alphabet channels have changed.
They've become even more biased, the propaganda arm of the democrat party.

Offensive "Journalism"

So I'm looking over at Twitchy and run across this:
Why bother putting the word "offensive" in there in the first place?
Because the weak minded (yeah I've already had one make a comment on a previous post) will pick up that word and become offended by the guys free speech.
It must be exhausting for the liberal/commie media to constantly be carrying water for Obama and his administration. Not just on the national level but the local also.
The media doesn't even try to hide it anymore because, lets face it, they really don't have to because not enough voters are really paying attention.
I realize that I'm pointing out what should be obvious but it appears that it isn't, because if it was then a lot more people wouldn't let them get away with it.
I'm still hoping that sometime in the future citizens will get tired of this kind of naked manipulation and lash back at these Obama/democrat syncophants.

But I ain't holding my breath.

Wearing it on their Sleeve

Wow, Biased much AP?
Kaboom, with one tweet the AP shows without a doubt which side of the abortion issue they're on and by extension telling us which side we should be on.
Whatever happened to "just the facts" or the good old "who, what, when, where and why" standard?
This is a debate that Texans alone should be having seeing as how a majority are in favor of a 20 week ban on abortion.

The liberal/commie media bias is in full display all day every day now.

More Media Bias

Lawrence O’Donnell shamelessly sucking up to Elizabeth Warren asking for her autograph while on air.
If the guy really admires her then why not wait until the cameras were off before kissing her ass?
The liberal commie media wastes no opportunity to show how deep in the tank they are for the democrat party and Obama.

Liberal Media Bias

It ain't no "myth", they don't even bother to try and hide it.

Obama “knows that we’re not going to play ‘gotcha’ with him, that we’re not going to go out of our way to make him look bad or stupid. Though we’ll let him answer the questions.”
I guess there could be an argument that Obama makes himself look stupid and bad but I'm sure that's not what Kroft intended.

After Debate Thoughts of a Forgotten Man

Well, I made the mistake of watching the debate on ABC for one thing.
Candy Crowley of CNN didn't disappoint in showing her obvious liberal bias, for instance.
Romney said it took Obama a long time to admit the episode had been a terrorist attack, but Obama said he had said so the day after in an appearance in the Rose Garden outside the White House. When moderator Candy Crowley of CNN said the president had in fact done so, Obama, prompted, "Say that a little louder, Candy."
Of course she was full of shit but leftards rose up in a collective chorus of "Amen". Biased much Candy?

But what was most interesting to me was this exchange.
Romney said it was "troubling" that Obama continued with a campaign event in Las Vegas on the day after the attack in Libya, an event he said had "symbolic significance and perhaps even material significance."
Obama seemed to bristle. He said it was offensive for anyone to allege that he or anyone in his administration had used the incident for political purposes. "That's not what I do."
Obama chose Faux outrage over an explanation as to why he decided to fund raise after this tragedy instead of staying in Washington to gather the facts.

But the after coverage at ABC was just embarrassing, Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos looked like they could barely refrain from jumping up and down yelling "we won!!! we won!!". The gushing for Obama was unseemly to say the least.
In all the cheer leading for Obama the central theme is lost by the pundits, Romney has a plan to engage business, give relief to the middle class and get people working again.
Obama, who had the congress and the senate for 2 years and still managed to cripple the country, laid out the same plan he had four years ago.

A new plan to get the country on track is the real winner, Romney has it and Obama doesn't, that is what's at stake.

The Candy Crowley Show

So who doubted the fix was in?

Candy Crowley to defy debate contract

In an interview with CNN this afternoon, Candy Crowley reiterated that, like past town-hall debate moderators, she intends to do more than just hold the microphone at tonight's debate in Hempstead, N.Y. -- an intention that has caused concern for both campaigns.
"They will call on 'Alice,' and 'Alice' will stand up and ask a question. Both candidates will answer. Then there's time for a follow-up question, facilitating a discussion, whatever you want to call it," Crowley said. "So if Alice asks oranges, and someone answers apples, there's the time to go, 'But Alice asked oranges? What's the answer to that?" Or, 'Well, you say this, but what about that?'"
Crowley fancies herself as a journalist but the truth is she's an Obama shill and her behavior during tonight's debate will undoubtedly reflect it. The dinosaur media is engaging in slow motion suicide of their honesty and integrity, in a few years alternatives will emerge where they are finally taken out of the loop in presidential politics and the voters will finally get unbiased and fair information to allow them to make an informed decision.
It's time to remove biased "journalists" from the process.

Dan Rather Lives on Planet Denial

This is rich, the guy who presents the public with bogus documents to try and discredit G.W. Bush doesn't believe that liberal bias exists in the alphabet channels news rooms.
I suppose his motivation for his attempt to deceive was a seach for the truth.

Dan Rather: Claims of liberal bias at CBS, NBC, ABC ‘a sham,’ ‘a camouflage’
On Wednesday’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” on Comedy Central, one-time CBS “Evening News” anchor Dan Rather said that allegations that the mainstream media reports news from a liberal perspective have been greatly overstated.
Rather, who is now with cable channel HDNet, had an unceremonious departure from CBS after a story he ran in 2004 that raised questions about President George W. Bush’s National Guard service turned out to be based on fraudulent documents.
That piece on the National Guard service is often used by conservatives as proof that the media skews left, but according to Rather, there’s nothing to those claims of bias within the newsroom. However, Rather did say that politicians have become more skillful in manipulating the television media.
“I think the politicians have outsmarted television,” Rather said. “Overall, I think television has added to everybody’s knowledge about almost everything. But like the Internet, which is now dominant in news or soon to be, it has its pluses and minuses. But each successive presidency, for example, has gotten smarter and smarter about how to manipulate the media, manipulate the press and use television to its advantage. There is also the trivialization of the news — you want to call the politicization of news now results in some networks just being partisan political propaganda.”
I just love the way he accuses others of becoming smarter at manipulating the media when he himself blatantly lied to advance his own liberal agenda of smearing GWB.
The man has no shame.
The guy is like....80 years old, there comes a time in life when you need to hang it up and quit embarrassing yourself.
