OK I'll admit I had to look up Veniality and somehow that definition doesn't seem to apply as well as the definition of Venality does.

the condition or quality of being venal; openness to bribery or corruption.

Which would be more correct as to the hopeful allegations being made by the democrat owned media.
He's correct that there has been no indication or proof.

Kathy Griffin, just another media whore

Whelp now that the well deserved cycle of "artistic" defiance, desperate justification, then boot-licking apology  has elapsed over the last 24 hours for Kathy Griffin we can reflect on the true reasons the whole episode transpired.

Griffin, like all desperate celebrities, is really just a simple media whore.
It was all about getting attention by latching onto the new "trendy" activity among leftists which is "the resistance". The goal wasn't art or comedy or to even make a political statement the goal was to receive accolades from the liberal media to get publicity for being "edgy".

But the truth is if she, or any number of has beens, could gain an advantage by being seen with Trump they wouldn't hesitate.

Partisanship never gets in the way of the bottom line for these folks, she took a shot and it shot back. People need to realize that those in the media and those who try to use the media are not on anyone's "side" except their own and they will use and manipulate each other for their own ends.

So don't expect this kind of foolishness to end.

Apparently Al Franken, Minnesota's fighting senator, went medieval on a protester.

EXETER, N.H. – Wise-cracking funnyman Al Franken yesterday body-slammed a demonstrator to the ground after the man tried to shout down Gov. Howard Dean.

The tussle left Franken’s trademark thick-rim glasses broken, but he said he was not injured.

Franken – who seemed in a state of shock and out of breath after the incident – was helped back to his feet by several people who watched the tussle. Police arrived soon after.

“I got down low and took his legs out,” said Franken afterwards.~snip~  

No word yet on whether he's being charged with assault like Greg Gianforte, as a matter of fact I doubt this will get anywhere near the media.
But that's the state of journalism these days, if a republican does it it's a horrible act of violence. If a progressive liberal does it it's a heroic defense of free speech.

Not a lot of sympathy for the media

I'm going to leave judgment about this incident to the courts but the reality is I think a lot of people have felt the same frustration for the prissy elitist media.

There are a few times in my life where I wouldn't have minded slapping the shit out of a couple of the talking heads in the media.

Montana Voters Are Supportive Of Congressional Candidate Body Slamming A Reporter

Several Montana voters like that Republican congressional candidate Greg Gianforte body slammed a Guardian reporter, according to local reports.

Gianforte threw down reporter Ben Jacobs to the ground at a campaign event Wednesday night. This came the day before a special election in Montana where Gianforte has held a solid lead in the polls over Democrat Rob Quist.

The Montana Republican was charged with misdemeanor assault by local police, but has denied Jacob’s version of the incident, saying that the reporter was aggressive and grabbed him by the wrist.

MSNBC political correspondent Garrett Haake tweeted Thursday that a Gianforte voter told him, “I think reporters have it coming.” Haake tweeted yesterday that he told a gas station clerk about the incident and she replied, “My kind of politician.”~snip~

There maybe more than a few as the article states, anyway if he loses then the media will crow about how they "got" him.
If he wins then they'll cry about being victims.

An eyeball just fell down into my lap

I knew someone years ago who actually needed an abortion. A woman who was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive type of cancer and happened to be a couple of months pregnant at the time.

It was so advanced and so aggressive that it was recommended that she begin chemo right away and even still she passed about 5 months later.
I never felt the need to condemn someone who has to choose between possibly living and losing a baby.
There was no joy on her part surrounding the whole thing.

 But this and other very rare and extreme examples don't justify or make it right. People who revel in the carnage cheapen the seriousness and sadness of the rare instances of medical necessary abortion.

Insiders said it is driven by Trump who was angered by a New York Times story predicting a staff shake-up that included dumping spokesman Sean Spicer. It was headlined: Looking Like a Liar or a Fool: What It Means to Work for Trump.

"Fuck the New York Times," Trump said. "They're not our friends. We're never going to win them over," he added, according to a Trump insider.

The change was most notably seen in Spicer's latest White House briefings. Where he used to battle with reporters, he shifted to saying little beyond policy statements. For example, in a short eight-minute Air Force One gaggle, he referred to earlier statements six times.

I've been watching events since Trump won the election and I find it both funny and sad at the same time. Pointing out the fact to #NeverTrumpers that not one of the "establishment" candidates could muster enough support to best Trump in the primaries is fruitless and the excuses why are fast and furious.

No one trusts establishment politicians anymore let alone Hillary and when you think about it that puts Hillary and RINOs on the same page.
Trump ran on what people wanted, jobs, border security, an end to unfettered immigration of unvetted refugees and against trade deals that screwed Americans.
Even when Trumps support rose the RINOs still couldn't bring themselves to stand on any issues that voters cared about.

Now the legacy media, democrats and unhinged progressives are doing everything possible to undermine Trumps administration and entertain fantasies of impeaching him and throwing him out of office.
In other words they want to negate your vote and install a puppet government that they will have control of instead of the voters.

We need to keep that in mind at all times and especially during the next midterm elections.
