Owning it

This is hilarious, wonder how many of these people thought it was a good idea to give Obama another term in office?

Angry New Yorkers say Obama pledge to cut red tape ignored by FEMA

Storm-ravaged New Yorkers say President Obama’s promise to cut red tape and get them aid in the aftermath of Sandy has proven to be hot air.
Angry citizens vented at FEMA officials at a town hall meeting held by the disaster relief agency Thursday, with tempers boiling over. Some 1,000 people, many left homeless by the Oct. 29 storm, attended the meeting at Staten Island’s New Dorp High School. They were initially scheduled to submit written questions that would be picked and answered at random, but the session turned into an angry shouting match where residents booed FEMA officials and accused them of lying.
“We are the people – we are the middle class, and we are getting the finger,” said frustrated resident Scott McGrath, who personally spoke to President Obama and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo when they came to Staten Island to inspect storm damage earlier this month. “You were there when I met Obama, and I told the president … that the middle class was getting the royal finger. And he said, ‘FEMA works for me.’”
No one can point me to any real accomplishment this failed president has had in his entire career and yet these people actually believed he was on top of their problems?
This is the same way Obama wants to handle our healthcare, the way Obama has handled our economy, foreign policy and deficit and they really believed him when he said he would handle this disaster?
All the people in this country have been getting Obama's middle finger....welcome to the club.

All of you who voted for the mediocre in chief, you own it.

Maintaining the Gravy Train

You know every time I hear the lapdog/commie/idiot/parrots of the main stream media talk about how much educators "care" about our kids I throw up a little.
The current crop of commie leftists have no intention of allowing our kids to be educated.

Louisiana's school voucher system under fire as state judge weighs its fate

The legal battle over Louisiana’s controversial school voucher program is getting its day in court.
Judge Tim Kelly began hearing arguments Wednesday in a state district court in Baton Rouge on whether the vouchers -- and how they’re paid for – are constitutional.
The complicated issue was thrust into the national spotlight after Louisiana enacted what some experts say is the most comprehensive education reforms in the country.
Louisiana lawmakers created the “Student Scholarships for Educational Excellence Program” earlier this year, with backing from Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal.
The legislation paved the way for qualifying families to use taxpayer dollars for private school tuition.
Every time a state or city tries to free their children from the incessant propaganda of the leftist tools in our education system their unions use the dues paid by educators to scrape up some bottom feeding lawyers to challenge it.
They can't get over the hold they have on our children's minds and if you don't think it matters then reflect about the number of morons that chose Obama over their civic responsibility to elect someone who would uphold the constitution.
We have whole generations now who have been taught that the road to prosperity is through robbing others and enlarging government.

Want to take back our freedoms?
Liberate our children from government schools.

Pravda:America Repeating Soviet Mistake

OK.... Pravda, once the official propaganda rag of the Soviet Union, sees parallels between Obama, Lenin and Stalin and basically sees it as a bad thing, as opposed to the the New York Times which celebrates the similarity.

Obama's Soviet Mistake
Putin in 2009 outlined his strategy for economic success. Alas, poor Obama did the opposite but nevertheless was re-elected. Bye, bye Miss American Pie. The Communists have won in America with Obama but failed miserably in Russia with Zyuganov who only received 17% of the vote. Vladimir Putin was re-elected as President keeping the NWO order out of Russia while America continues to repeat the Soviet mistake.
After Obama was elected in his first term as president the then Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Putin gave a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in January of 2009. Ignored by the West as usual, Putin gave insightful and helpful advice to help the world economy and saying the world should avoid the Soviet mistake.
Recently, Obama has been re-elected for a 2nd term by an illiterate society and he is ready to continue his lies of less taxes while he raises them. He gives speeches of peace and love in the world while he promotes wars as he did in Egypt, Libya and Syria. He plans his next war is with Iran as he fires or demotes his generals who get in the way.
I'm not surprised that what is so apparent to the former Soviet Union would be less than obvious to Americans. After all, they lived through it until the collapse of communism in Europe. I can remember during most of the years I was growing up that communism was portrayed as an enemy to freedom. I remember  hearing about Khrushchev saying, "We will bury you!" and people getting instructions for building fallout shelters and seeing commercials on TV and films in school on what to do in the event of a nuclear attack. (bending over and kissing your ass good bye didn't come along til much later.)

The point being that society was educated about communism/socialist oppression, even the media and most democrats were against it as long as democrats were in charge. But then communism collapsed and society turned it's attention to other things. The problem is we ended up ignoring the communist/socialists among us and allowed them to weasel their way through society, popular culture and media. We allowed them to infiltrate our education system, a political party and our government because with the collapse of communist Europe we felt secure that communism/socialism wasn't a threat anymore.

We defeated communism in Europe but ignored it in America and now we are paying a price by re-electing Obama who is seen by our former enemies for what he really is,the tyrant that the former Soviet Union has tried to free themselves from.
We are victims of our own success, we freed Europe and are heading to enslaving ourselves because we forgot who the enemy really is.

RINO Rebellion

Well here we go, when people say there isn't a dimes worth of difference between republicans and democrats, basically they're right.
Republicans are just as willing to buy votes as democrats are.

Top Republican Senator ditches Norquist anti-tax pledge

A top Republican senator is casting aside an anti-tax pledge he signed, saying that solving the country’s looming fiscal crisis is more important than honoring the decades-old pact.
Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., broke ranks with other conservatives Wednesday when he made the remarks to a local television station. Chambliss is a member of the Gang of Six, a bipartisan group of senators tasked with finding a solution to the country's fiscal woes.
"I care more about my country than I do about a 20-year-old pledge," he told WMAZ-TV. "If we do it his way then we’ll continue in debt, and I just have a disagreement with him about that."
Congress and the White House face a year-end deadline to reach a deal that staves off an avalanche of tax increases and deep cuts in government programs – commonly referred to now as the “fiscal cliff.”
Chambliss signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, authored by conservative activist Grover Norquist and embraced by the majority of congressional Republican lawmakers. In it, Norquist, an anti-tax lobbyist and head of Americans for Tax Reform, does not allow for tax rates to rise.
Those who sign the pledge "solemnly bind themselves to oppose any and all tax increases," according to the group’s website, which states that 39 senators, including Chambliss, and 219 House members support it.
Chambliss acknowledged that distancing himself from the pledge might hurt him in his bid for re-election in 2014, but said he's not.
Republicans....like democrats are all for sacrifice as long as it's someone else. I haven't really heard a whole lot in this debate about cutting out some of the waste and corruption that exists in our federal government.  They're all about raising taxes on others and threatening to cut money from the most vulnerable, Social Security, the military, programs for the poor etc., but I don't hear no talk about cutting back on their salaries or those of civil servants.
Nothing about cutting back on their "Cadillac" insurance plans or even switching over to Obamacare like the rest of us are forced to.
Obama winning a second term has given the RINO's cover to be their true selves and help the democrats tax the country into submission and giving the country a reason to purge more RINO's in 2014.
By then even the idiots who voted for Obama should have had enough....I hope.

Broken Clock Syndrome

You know it's pretty bad when even McRINO gets it but ....then again we are talking about the liberal press here.

In order to protect their guy in the White House they are willing to shift focus to the next shiny object. In this case the sordid details of Petraeus' dalliances while sweeping the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi under the table.
No wonder nobody trusts the commie, socialist, main stream press.

Obama Won't Fight For Gay Marriage His Second Term

Barack Obama isn’t exactly famous for his loyalty; he has a history of jettisoning people once they’ve outlived their usefulness to him. This time, it’s the gay community.
On Friday, Obama told an MTV audience that he would not fight for gay marriage his second term, intoning that “it would be up to future generations of Americans to implement meaningful reform.”
Here’s the kicker; realizing that some states are now endorsing gay marriage, Obama suddenly became a champion of states’ rights, asserting, “For us to try to legislate federally into this area is probably the wrong way to go.”
Also for those who voted Obama because they were worried that their food stamps would get cut if Romney won, well.....worry no more.

Ohioans’ food stamp aid to be reduced

Ohio families receiving food stamps could get an unwelcome surprise come January: $50 less every month in assistance.
For the 869,000 households enrolled in the program for the poorest Ohioans, that could amount to about $520 million annually out of the grocery budgets.
Because of the way the federal government calculates utility expenses for people receiving the benefit, a mild winter nationwide last year, and a lower price for natural gas, many families could experience a significant cut in aid, those familiar with the program say.
Recipients should get a letter from the state Department of Job and Family Services this month explaining the change, said Ben Johnson, a spokesman for the agency.
Meanwhile, food banks and others that distribute food assistance are bracing for increased demand.
Obama's well on his way to "fundamentally" change America, and he'll throw anyone under the bus to do it.

Fairness...as Defined by Obama

Well, since the election Obama's agenda has been moving steadily forward. Requiring employers who cannot afford to do so to provide medical insurance to all employees.
In order to maintain their business some are scaling back and are forced to layoff workers, some are even closing down their businesses because of the burden of Obamacare and stifling regulations.

But fear not, even with the economy going into the crapper and jobs and small businesses going the way of the Dodo, Obama and his administration are moving forward to ensure equal results across the board.

Obama To Unleash Racial-Preferences Juggernaut

If your organization has a policy or practice that doesn't benefit minorities equally, watch out: The Obama administration could sue you for racial discrimination under a dubious legal theory that many argue is unconstitutional.
President Obama intends to close "persistent gaps" between whites and minorities in everything from credit scores and homeownership to test scores and graduation rates.
His remedy — short of new affirmative-action legislation — is to sue financial companies, schools and employers based on "disparate impact" complaints — a stealthy way to achieve racial preferences, opposed 2 to 1 by Americans.
Under this broad interpretation of civil-rights law, virtually any organization can be held liable for race bias if it maintains a policy that negatively impacts one racial group more than another — even if it has no racist motive and applies the policy evenly across all groups.
If this keeps going then the only logical result will be minority preference at soup kitchens and unemployment lines.
Elections do have consequences.

Snatched From the Jaws of Victory

I guess there's a lesson to be learned here. Like working hard at a certain goal doesn't guarantee success.

Of course failing the first time won't keep one from trying again.

Surviving the Next Four Years

One of the things we have that wasn't around during previous financial and economic hardship is the Internet.
There is a lot of information out there on how to save money, garden, and various other ways to cope with a deprivation of income. It would probably be a good idea to get familiar with these things while you still have Internet access.

A while ago I ran across this lovely woman's videos  on depression era cooking, while she shows different ways to stretch an anemic food budget , she also shares stories of her childhood during the depression.
Nanny Bloomberg obviously wouldn't approve, her recopies are easy and use common, inexpensive ingredients.

Here's a sample of Great Depression Cooking with Clara.

I'll look for other hints and tips to help people get through the next four years of fiscal hardships.

2012 Consequences

This is really no surprise, with the reelection of Obama and Obamacare being implemented a certainty, companies are taking preemptive action to avoid penalties in 2014 based upon the number of full time employees in 2013.

I mean after all the Obamessiah has already been re-elected so they no longer have anything to cover for.
Real pain for real families is coming and there's almost zero chance it can be avoided.
If you want to follow the decline of the American work force you can do it here.

It's going to be a long and difficult 4 years.

Carbon Tax Anyone?

It seems it's the perfect storm for this kind of thing right now what with hurricane Sandy and the commie, liberal media pressing the global warming fairy tale.

Obama May Levy Carbon Tax to Cut U.S. Deficit, HSBC Says

Barack Obama may consider introducing a tax on carbon emissions to help cut the U.S. budget deficit after winning a second term as president, according to HSBC Holdings Plc.
A tax starting at $20 a metric ton of carbon dioxide equivalent and rising at about 6 percent a year could raise $154 billion by 2021, Nick Robins, an analyst at the bank in London, said today in an e-mailed research note, citing Congressional Research Service estimates. “Applied to the Congressional Budget Office’s 2012 baseline, this would halve the fiscal deficit by 2022,” Robins said.
Hurricane Sandy sparked discussion on climate protection in the election after presidential candidates focused on other debates, HSBC said. A continued Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives means Obama’s scope for action will be limited, Robins said. Cap-and-trade legislation stalled in the U.S. Senate after narrowly passing the house in 2009.
My personal opinion is that this may not be a bad thing, one of the reasons that the Obamessiah got another term is because there is a large percentage of people who don't pay any taxes.
As a matter of fact, with Earned Income Credits there is a large percentage that get back way more than a refund for over payment.
They have no "skin in the game" and basically voted to keep the status quo.
With a carbon tax no one could escape the rise in energy costs as they are passed onto the consumer. It'll trickle down until it affects everyone, even the ones who voted for more free sh*t.

As a matter of fact I think it's time to go back to the way it used to be, if you get a paycheck (no matter how big or small) you pay a percentage to the federal government. No more robbing from wealthy taxpayers to pay undeserved benefits to another.
That way everyone is invested in how and for what the government spends our money on.

I doubt last nights results would be the same if everyone feels the pain of confiscatory taxes by commie, liberal democrats.

Give us our free sh*t!!!!

Obama has won another term in office.
So what does that get us?
Another 48 months of 8% plus unemployment?
Higher gas prices?
An outrageous deficit?
More American citizens abandoned in a foreign country to die?
A loss of our medical decisions?
Erosion of religious freedoms?
More pandering to our enemies?
Abandoning of Israel?

All of the above?

We used to believe in freedom, now this is what we have.

Now it's time for his "revenge", get ready for it because it' coming.

Democrats and their Dirty Tricks : Updated

As if it ain't enough that the liberal, commie, lick-spittle media has been cheer leading Obama for the entire time he's been in office.
Now the corrupt liberal democrats think they own the voting process.

Obama Mural in Philadelphia Polling Place

Not much bias here huh?

Court-appointed Republican poll inspectors are being forcibly removed from voting stations in some Philadelphia wards and replaced in some cases by Democratic inspectors and even members of the Black Panthers, according to GOP officials.
Fortunately a judge intervened.

I'm sure the democrats ain't through trying to force their messiah on this country again, I'll post others as they become known.Voter suppression is alive and well and it's name is the DNC and their operatives.

Update 1
More propaganda images for Obama:

The Half Empty President

Seems to me this is a fitting way for Obama to end his campaign.
Obama Ends Campaign in Half-Empty Arena
President Obama’s big rally tonight turned out to be just like his first, opening salvo of the 2012 campaign: a half-empty arena in Ohio. According toRealClearPolitics’ Scott Conroy, there were “empty seats scattered around the upper-level of Nationwide Arena … Four years ago, after all, Obama was easily filling venues larger than that …” The event even featured Bruce Springsteen and Jay-Z, and Obama still couldn’t fill it out.
The reason I refer to him as a "half empty" president is because there are people who believe that he has actually accomplished something in the last four years.
Like high jacking health care, allowing gays to serve openly in the military, giving multi-billion bailouts to corrupt unions, suppressing business, pissing away billions of dollars on failed "green energy" companies, killing the coal industry, driving the cost of gasoline to double, expanding food stamps and unemployment.
If these things are important to you then you believe he's a success and deserves four more years.

If jobs, prosperity, freedom, a balanced budget and hopeful future are important to you then he's a failed president and needs to be replaced.
Believe it or not there are people who think he's doing a good job and there is nothing anyone can do to change their mind. The real problem is if there are enough to re-elect this abject failure.
If Obama garners enough votes after his piss poor performance then it makes me wonder if our country deserves to be exceptional. If enough people vote for another four years of this loser then maybe we deserve mediocrity.

I hope that's not the case and tomorrow will be a new beginning for America.
Please Vote!!

The Chick-fil-a Effect

I believe the liberal, commie, Obama loving media is in denial about how much ordinary Americans are sick and tired of them telling lies or omitting truth.
Just like they were in denial about about how much we resent being told what we can say and what we can believe in. The numbers who came out in support of Chick-fil-a should have given them a clue but instead they went into major denial mode and pretended it really didn't happen.

So while they've been fussing about Big Bird, binders, birth control, taxing the "rich" and racism if you are opposed to Obama's policies, the truth is sneaking up on them.
Americans are more concerned about getting and keeping a job, being able to afford gas in order to get to work so that they can support their families and provide a future for their children and grand children. But these concerns have been left behind in the interest of socialist ideology.
Massive crowds have been coming together to support Mitt Romney, Obama not so much this time around.
Not surprisingly the "major media" has been silent on the matter.

Amazing photos: ‘Unreal’ crowd packs Romney rally in Bucks County, Pa.

Mitt's been getting ten times the crowds that the Obamessiah has been able to muster, because voters are tired of empty promises. We want real change....and it's coming in 2 days.
The liberal, commie media won't be able to ignore that.

"Revenge" Voting

Some people consider voting to be a revolutionary act, a way to affect change.
Then again some consider it as an expression of violence.

Obama urges voters to take 'revenge' on Election Day, Romney team rips 'terrible' message

ETNA, Ohio -- The Romney campaign ripped President Obama after the president suggested Friday that supporters take "revenge" by voting against the Republican nominee.
During a speech in Springfield, Ohio, Obama talked about the Clinton administration and its economic plan that "asked the wealthiest Americans to pay a little bit more." Then he mentioned Mitt Romney, drawing boos from the crowd.
"No, no, no -- don't boo, vote," Obama said. "Vote. Voting is the best revenge."
So the question is...revenge for what exactly?
Opposing a bad economy, not liking high gas prices or maybe wondering how long our jobs will last?
Obama's done more to us for the audacity of voting him into office for four years yet he's the one talking revenge.,
Lets fix that next Tuesday...OK?

A Simple Choice

I gotta tell you that reading the polls and various prognostications on who will win this election befuddles the hell out of me.
After watching more and more people lose their jobs, the price of gas and groceries go up, the Obama administrations exploitation of our warriors and then the abandonment of our ambassador and brave citizens in Benghazi, how could this election possibly be close?
In 2007, during Obama's campaign, I saw people posting all over the internet about how John McCain would be just another G.W. Bush and anyone would be better than that.
Well we've had near four years of "anyone but Bush" and are paying the price of expediency over reason.

So the question Ronald Reagan posed during his final debate against Jimmy Carter in 1980 has come full circle to echo among voters now.

Come next Tuesday vote responsibly and end this national nightmare.

Liberal Priorities

You know it's really good to know that Mayor Bloomberg has got his crisis priorities straight, I mean endorsing Obama right after Sandy strikes the East coast because....wait for it.
Global warming!!!!

Bloomberg endorses Obama, cites climate change as reason

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg (I) endorsed President Obama for reelection on Thursday, citing his stance on climate change.

"Our climate is changing. And while the increase in extreme weather we have experienced in New York City and around the world may or may not be the result of it, the risk that it might be — given this week’s devastation — should compel all elected leaders to take immediate action," Bloomberg wrote in his endorsement, which was published on Bloomberg News's website under the title "A Vote for a President to Lead on Climate Change."
In the mean time some New Yorkers are getting their salt free, no trans fat meals from a dumpster behind their local grocery stores.

That's big nanny state government working for the people.

As an aside, I had to take a break from blogging due to my disgust over the news reports of the Benghazi attacks.
And the Liberal medias lack of bothering to report on it at all.
Four more days and we can turn this country around, I can't hardly wait.
