The Bottom Line on "Gay" Pizza

While the pink mafia and their leftist enablers have been melting down over the Memories Pizza "scandal" they have been conveniently ignoring the simple fact that it's entirely manufactured.
Here's an article that explains it perfectly.

Story About First Business to ‘Publicly Vow to Reject Gay Weddings’ Was Fabricated Out of Nothing
The Huffington Post headline screams:
Indiana’s Memories Pizza Reportedly Becomes First
Business To Reject Catering Gay Wedding.
Memories Pizza is a nine-year-old shop in downtown Walkerton, Indiana, just a few blocks from John Glenn High School. It’s owned by an openly-Christian couple, the O’Connors, who decorate their shop with mementos of their faith in Christ. So how does a small business in a small town wind up making headlines around the world as the new avatar of Christian bigotry?
Perhaps, you say, they brought this upon themselves, seeking out publicity for their strict biblical views.
Eh…no.
Some cursory internet forensics shows how it happened…or rather, how it was made to happen.
ABC-57 reporter Alyssa Marino’s editor sends her on a half-hour drive southwest of their South Bend studio, to the small town of Walkerton (Pop. ~2,300). According to Alyssa’s own account on Twitter, she “just walked into their shop [Memories Pizza] and asked how they feel” about Indiana’s new Religious Freedom Restoration Act.~snip~
You see there was no wedding, no one ever asked them to cater one nor had there ever been a request for pizzas for a "gay" wedding or reception or even a rehearsal dinner made to Memories Pizza for them even to turn down.
All the happened is some reporter asked questions designed as "gotchas" and of course if the right answers aren't given then the media goes into the "sly little lie mode".
The leftists know it's a lie and so do the pink mafia but they also know that they can milk the lie to their own advantage.
The media and the left play the people in this country constantly and they couldn't care less.
Harry Reid is a proven liar and proud of it.

The sad part is here we are entering another election cycle and the media still hasn't received the backlash from the American people that needs to happen so that voters can make an informed decision.

Dissent Will not be Tolerated

What's interesting about this to me is just how far back will the mob go to demonize their opponents? This brouhaha was over a donation made in 2008. Paula Deen was excoriated for something she said over 20 years ago.
What commonly held opinions and attitudes that are held now will become fodder 10 to 20 years from now that will be used to ruin the lives of our children or grandchildren?
No matter how you feel about the issue of same sex marriage the kind of tactics used by the brown shirts of the pink mafia enabled by a lick-spittle ravenous media needs to suffer a backlash.

Hysteria Prevails in Arizona

After all the gnashing of teeth and hysterical hyperbole over a proposed law in Arizona designed to protect religious liberty in Arizona it's no surprise that Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed it.
Of course the media calling it "anti-gay" was all the red meat the pink mafia needed to begin foaming at the mouth and the sending of death threats

Arizona Governor Vetoes Bill on Refusal of Service to Gays
PHOENIX — Ending a day that cast a glaring national spotlight on Arizona, Gov. Jan Brewer, a Republican, vetoed a bill on Wednesday that would have given business owners the right to refuse service to gay men, lesbians and other people on religious grounds. Her action came amid mounting pressure from Arizona business leaders, who said the bill would be a financial disaster for the state and would harm its reputation. Prominent members of the Republican establishment, including Mitt Romney and Gov. Rick Scott of Florida, also sided with the bill’s opponents, who argued that the measure would have allowed people to use religion as a fig leaf for prejudice. She added that the legislation “does not address a specific or present concern related to religious liberty in Arizona,” and that it was “broadly worded and could result in unintended and negative consequences.”~snip~
No media bias there of course
The NFL also had to get involved, big paragons of morality and decency that they are.
In essence it's pretty much open season on religious beliefs which, weirdly enough, impeding the free exercise of is specifically spelled out in the constitution.
As hard as it is for people to believe adhering to ones religion is a life style choice and those who insist that their choices be respected and protected by government over any others is just a little hypocritical.
But it looks like some politicians haven't given up on religious freedom yet.
