Here's another incoherent tirade from Babs "don't call me ma'am" Boxer going off on republicans for boycotting a hearing on for the nominee of the EPA.
Mostly because they have the nerve to ask for some transparency from the administration....the cads.
Normally I'd say that her constituents should be ashamed of themselves for constantly re-electing her but it's California so obviously they have no shame.
